QA/QC Introduction
Hole TestSamples are filled up with water (approximately 300 ml) and suspended for 2 minutes. After that we roll them on blotting paper to determine for the minute fluid leakage. If more than small number displaying flaw are found, then the entire batch is rejected.
Electricity Test
All of our condoms are 100% electrically tested. This test is used to check for the possible microscopic holes in our condoms one more time before they are packaged. Each condom sample are stretched over a metal former and electrified with high voltage. Any breakdown of the film is measured and any tiny flaw, even one that is too small to be detected by the human eye, would result in rejection.
Other Tests
Samples are also checked for size and thickness; are tested for physical strength, artificially aged at accelerated temperatures as an assurance of the quality of their product life in later years.
Test Equipment and Facilities
Name:Air Inflation Test
Description:Air Inflation Test This test is carried out on a daily basis and the purpose is to measure the elasticity and strength of the condoms. Samples are selected from each batch of our produced condoms and filled with air until it blows up to three foot high and one foot wide (bursting points = 40 liters of air).

Name:Raw Material Testing and Compounding Process
Description:The most important raw material-nature latex is imported from Thailand. To ensure the quality, once latex is delivered to our factory, it undergoes a series of comprehensive quality control testes. This includes Ammonia content, Total solid content, Dry rubber content, Mechanical stability, Viscosity, Volatile fatty Acid, Potassium Hydroxide number (KOH No.) Ph of latex, Magnesium content (ppm), Color of latex, Color of film, Odor of latex and the difference between total solid content and dry rubber content. During the process of compounding, stabilizer, preservatives and vulcanizing agents are added into latex and the latex is checked again for its quality and consistency. We use our Mechnical Stability Apparatus to test mechnical stability and we choose Thailand due to its famous property of premium mechanical stability. As for compounding procedure, at the first step, we grind the chemicals with sand mill, then we inspect deposition amount of dispersion. The deposition amount must less than 30 mg/h and particle size are bellow 1u. after milling, we use microscope to inspect the mill effect. Since the chemicals of anti-oxidant is very important for products' shelf life, we insisted to use the finest one over the past years. All suppliers of raw materials for our corporation are chosen carefully.

The whole electronic testing process is controlled by computers. Alarms are connected with computer and they are installed within the testing lines. Any breakdown of the film will cause the alarm to ring and then inspector can easily find which film is breakdown from the computers' screens since every films have been given a series number by the computer. Besides, a special inspector of QC department takes 315 samples from qualified products of each batch, which had passed Electronic Test already according to the standard of ISO4074-2002. A special inspector of QC department tests sensitivity of Electronic Testing Machine each half hour. Each time takes 50 samples from qualified product and 50 samples from rejected product. Within qualified product, the number of reject products can't exceed0.2%. Within rejected product, the number of good products can't exceed10%. If some problem had been found, feed back this information to relevant people and make some adjustment for Electronic Testing Machine immediately.

Description:Packing work is divided into two parts, one is to put condom into individual aluminum foil and the others is to put individual aluminum foil into consumer box. In first part, the operator should inspect packed condom one by one and a special inspector from QC Department does cycle testing all the working time in order to inspect packing integrity as well as oil content. At the same time, this inspector will take samples randomly to do destructive and un-destructive test every two hours. In second part, operator should inspect packing quality when they put condoms into consumer box. The special inspectors from QC Department are responsible to take samples from the cartons according to relevant requirements. If any problem has been found, the whole batch of these products should be re-inspected.

Name:Dipping Line
Description:The compound latex after mature, all the property complies with enterprise standard, then the latex is put into temperature controlled tanks, through those tanks, latex goes into each dipping line where a continuous line of glasses moulds are dipped. Each dipping line is recognized as one group and each group has one inspector. The operator takes 100 samples from dipping line per hour to inspect appearance of products individually. If visible disfigurement had been found, the operator is responsible to feed back this information to the group in order to let problem be solved as soon as possible. If no problem has been found, this inspector then can set procedure card of production, make records and stamp on it. Convey these products into next process. The dipping line worker must observe the latex temperature, dipping speed, desiccation temperature, leach temperature and so on, in order to keep integrated record.

If more than small number displaying flaw are found, then the entire batch is rejected.
