Introduction
Air Inflation Test:This test is carried out on a daily basis and the purpose is to measure the elasticity and strength of the condoms. Samples are selected from each batch of our produced condoms and filled with air until it blows up to three foot high and one foot wide (bursting points = 40 liters of air).

All of our condoms are 100% electrically tested. This test is used to check for the possible microscopic holes in our condoms one more time before they are packaged. Each condom sample are stretched over a metal former and electrified with high voltage. Any breakdown of the film is measured and any tiny flaw, even one that is too small to be detected by the human eye, would result in rejection.
